Parking period and late arrivals

The customer undertakes to comply with the period stated when booking. Any change must be reported by email or by telephone. Any change to the parking period incurs a daily surcharge, as set out in the table displayed at reception.

Shuttles run from 04:00 to 00:00. If the flight is delayed and lands outside this window, the customer must return to the car park by their own means.

Parking service

Every booking entitles the customer to park their vehicle for the period stated. When the car park is full, however, we reserve the right to refuse a booking.

Booking, payment, changes and cancellation

The customer undertakes to pay at the car park on arrival if the booking has not been paid online.

The customer also undertakes to pay on arrival any surcharge shown on the booking (airport tax, shuttle surcharge, etc.).

Any cancellation request must be submitted by email. It is only admissible if the booking includes the cancellation option and the request is received at least 24h before the scheduled arrival date.

Parking your vehicle

Vehicles must be parked in the space indicated by the driver. Any vehicle parked incorrectly or occupying more than one space must be moved.

Fastpark reserves the right to have an incorrectly parked vehicle moved by a recovery company, at the customer's risk and expense, and to claim compensation equal to the loss incurred through the occupation of several spaces.

Liability

Parking is entirely at the customer's risk. Fastpark is bound by an obligation of means and not of result as regards the custody of the vehicle, and declines all liability in the event of loss or damage (theft, damage, fire, etc.) to the parked vehicle.

No claim of any kind may be brought against Fastpark by the owner or user of the vehicle in order to recover the loss suffered as a result of such an event.

Booking through a partner

Anyone booking with Fastpark through a partner (Parkvia, Ryanair, Allopark, Skypark, QuickParking, etc.) is bound by these same general terms. They are displayed prominently at the car park reception when the vehicle is dropped off, and on www.fastpark.be.

Applicable law

This contract is governed by Belgian law.

In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the following district have jurisdiction: Tribunal d'arrondissement de Luxembourg.
